I have heard a lot of people say that whitening systems cause your teeth to rotten is this true?

I have braces too. Its really annoying trying to brush and floss. But for now, just brush good and at least 2-3 times a day. When u get ur braces off, try the whitening strips. Good luck!
Reply:yes it is talk to your orthadontist next time you go in for a check up and ask him remember when that glue comes off so can a nightmare you might want to wait on the whitening until your bar free
Reply:ask your orthodontist. when you get your braces off you can get them bleached by putting bleach gel in a mouthguard or retainer.

Reply:The dentists tell you that whitening is totally safe, so I'm not sure. But, if you've got braces...you'll want to wait until your braces come off before whitening...otherwise you'll have non-whitened marks where your brackets were.

Reply:hmm.. it's tough to whiten teeth when you have braces. The area that is not treated will leave a stain which will turn out very ugly. I suggest just to wait it out until your braces is removed.
